Well the 4th of July is upon us. I don't really feel like celebrating. There is nothing to celebrate.

Shall we celebrate?
While our soldier's are risking their lives trying to uphold a constitution that the powers that be do not.

While our government pursues personal fortunes with patriotic lives, federal funds, and military misadventure?

While our government continues to commit genocide on a growing basis?

How shall we celebrate?
Drive to a mini vacation somewhere? Visit family? Drive? Fly?

Blow stuff up? Wave flags? Party?

Shop?


This is how we should celebrate...

Support the troops - bring em home.

Find a third party nation to help Iraq with the humanitarian disaster we have wrought - and truly rebuild Iraq.

Impeach - screw "It's a waste of time". Since when is seeking justice a waste of time? If that is the case disband the legislature, Supreme Court, and the executive branch and let's get on with our lives.

Begin reclaiming our nation, our rights, and the basic human rights we should be promoting rather than genocide and mayhem.

This is just a start...when we accomplish these I'll celebrate.
